IELTS Writing Task2 ①


3月末か4月にIELTSの再受験をしようと考えているので、
エッセイの勉強を始めました。

以下、私のエッセイです。
添削済みなので、文法ミスはないはず?
見逃してる可能性はありですけど、突っ込まないでください。笑

問題は、IELTS7 Writing Task2より。

天才はトレーニングと教育で作れるか作れないかの問題ですね。
少し前までは問題文をそのまま引用していたのですが、
著作権の問題で、問題文の引用をやめました。

私の回答のみ載せます。

"Some people believe that not everyone can be a genius in a certain field. Meanwhile, others think that if children get proper training and teaching, they can be successful sports players or musicians. This essay will discuss both opinions.

To begin with, it is well acknowledged that everyone has a different genetic make-up. There are some people who have superior genes, which provide them with special talents or physical advantages. For example, one of the most famous composers Mozart made a piece of music when he was a toddler. Therefore, no one can deny that there are some people who were born with superior genes.

However, some people believe that there is no mediocrity and everyone has a talent. This opinion can be supported by the idea that having a strong desire to be eminent and a supportive environment is an important factor as well as hereditary things. For instance, there is a famous baseball player named Ichiro Suzuki who is over 40 and still an active major league player in the United States. It is well known that his father was extremely enthusiastic to make him a baseball player. Since he was in primary school, his father tried to support everything which could help him to be a great baseball player. As a result, Ichiro has become one of the most famous baseball players although he doesn't have any relatives who are athletes and his physical condition is quite average. Thus, it can be said that every child can be a genius, if they have opportunity to have a supportive environment.

In conclusion, although I agree with the idea that genes have a strong influence on being able to be talented, I also believe that every child has potential to be a remarkable athlete or musician. (297)"


なんか、すごいバランス悪い。
手書きだとバランスの悪さにあんまり気がつかなかったのですが、
打ち込んで比べてみると、Body1に比べてBody2が長すぎて。笑

正直、IELTSのライティングって本当にアイデアが思いつかなくて。。。
大の苦手。。。

これから毎日エッセイ書こうっと。
もちろん毎日エッセイのアップはしません!

今日は9月3日ぶりにIELTSのエッセイを書いたので、
5ヶ月ぶり???

久しぶりに書くとなかなか感覚がつかめないけど、
5ヶ月の間に使えるボキャブラリーが増えたなあと実感。
